de vivir de forma aut\u00f3noma en su hogar en condiciones \u00f3ptimas, favoreciendo a la vez mantener su entorno social.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las solicitudes de ingreso se realizan a
