Esta iniciativa aspira a que los y las j\u00f3venes puedan aprender a desarrollarse en la cocina haciendo platos sencillos pero variados y saludables. El objetivo es que estas personas se animen a prepararse la comida en los casos en que no tengan la posibilidad de que les cocinen otras personas y que ampl\u00eden su cat\u00e1logo de recetas para llevar a cabo una alimentaci\u00f3n sana y equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El taller, promoguvido por el Departamento de Salud del Ayuntamiento de Matar\u00f3 y la Diputaci\u00f3n de Barcelona dur\u00f3 dos horas, en las cuales los y las usuarios\/as del CFP prepararon dos platos: cusc\u00fas y sal\u00f3n a la naranja, que despu\u00e9s se pudieron llevar en una fiambrera. Los trece participantes a la actividad ven\u00edan de distintos servicios del CFP: siete son usuarios del Servicio de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n comunitaria, cinco del servicio prelaboral y uno es un joven de los Hogares con Soporte que tiene la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-750 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/centreformacioprevencio.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/06\/cuina_pares2.jpg\" alt=\"cuina_pares2\" width=\"278\" height=\"266\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el taller, tambi\u00e9n se les inform\u00f3 del sitio web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuinasensepares.cat\">www.cuinasensepares.cat<\/a>, un portal destinado a ofrecer propuestas y consejos sobre los h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, este sitio web contiene una larga lista de recetas de comidas y cenas para hacer en casa. Los y las usuarios\/as del centro salieron muy satisfechos de esta experiencia y aprendieron muchos trucos para seguir practicando con nuevos platos y adquirir un compromiso mayor con su dieta
