Permiten a los infantes y adolescentes opinar y construir su vida cuotidiana en el CRAE, pero, tambi\u00e9n, son un espacio de construcci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n donde se ponen en juego elementos para que se cuestionen. Se trabajan aspectos como la educaci\u00f3n emocional o la gesti\u00f3n de problemas de convivencia, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Las asambleas tienen que tener una continuidad y tienen sentido, siempre y cuando, los acuerdos tomados se traduzcan en cambios en la organizaci\u00f3n del d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Se hacen cada 15 d\u00edas y se materializan gracias a la <strong>existencia de una Comisi\u00f3n<\/strong>. Formada por educadores\/as referentes, el equipo que forma parte de la Comisi\u00f3n se encarga de llevar a cabo las asambleas y hacer un seguimiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Varios hitos con un objetivo com\u00fan: trabajar valores caudales en la educaci\u00f3n de los infantes y adolescentes<\/h3>\n<p>Con las asambleas pretendemos regular el buen funcionamiento del centro mediante el respeto a las opiniones y la responsabilidad. Son valores muy importantes y, a trav\u00e9s de estos encuentros, trabajamos para que los infantes y adolescentes los adquieran. Tambi\u00e9n la colaboraci\u00f3n, la participaci\u00f3n y la implicaci\u00f3n en los problemas y los objetivos de todos los miembros que conviven en el centro.<\/p>\n<p>En las asambleas<strong> la comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> entre los infantes y adolescentes y tambi\u00e9n con el equipo educativo <strong>toma mucho protagonismo<\/strong>, cosa muy positiva. Se trata de escuchar las ideas y aportaciones, debatirlas y llegar a acuerdos que posteriormente respetamos. En definitiva, de tomar en consideraci\u00f3n sus propuestas e inquietudes y ense\u00f1arlos a convivir con diferencias, aprendiendo a llegar a concesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Reflexionamos sobre el problema del Bullying<\/h3>\n<p>En verano las asambleas contin\u00faan activas. En la \u00faltima hemos reflexionado sobre un tema tan complejo como presente en la sociedad como es el Bullying. Los grupos de peque\u00f1os y medianos visionaron un v\u00eddeo que trataba sobre el acoso escolar y realizaron un debate despu\u00e9s de hacerlo. La idea de la asamblea, como ya hemos comentado, a parte de regular y mejorar el buen funcionamiento del centro es, tambi\u00e9n, promover la reflexi\u00f3n sobre tem\u00e1ticas adecuadas por cada edad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El bullying es <strong>una realidad con la que<\/strong>, desgraciadamente,<strong> conviven muchos infantes y adolescentes. <\/strong>Tan importante es que detecten cualquier se\u00f1al de que lo pueden estar sufriendo como que entiendan todas aquellas actitudes que pueden llegar a crear una situaci\u00f3n donde aparezca el acoso hacia cualquier persona. As\u00ed pues, trabajando este tema, buscamos <strong>un debate y reflexi\u00f3n que prevenga<\/strong> de que los infantes y adolescentes del CRAE se encuentren en este tipo de situaciones y, si les llega a pasar, <strong>lo detecten y pidan soporte.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las asambleas son la herramienta de participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s transversal del Centro Residencial de Acci\u00f3n Educativa (CRAE) Mas Sant Jordi.
